Ms. Greenhorn has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 18 years and she is currently an independent consultant specialising in providing strategic regulatory advice to pharmaceutical companies on development and marketed products and also business development opportunities.

Ms. Greenhorn was previously Vice President of Regulatory Strategy & Policy for GE Healthcare, with responsibility for regulatory strategy across all of the GE Healthcare businesses.  Prior to the acquisition of Amersham by GE, she was VP of the New Product Incubator (NPI) at Amersham Health, a new function designed to rapidly progress new medical imaging agents through early preclinical and clinical development.  She also served as Regulatory Affairs Director at Amersham Health, leading the team covering global regulatory activities on both diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceutical products.  Prior to joining Amersham, Jenny was a group director within the global regulatory affairs group at SmithKline Beecham. During 12 years at SB she had responsibility for regulatory activities on drugs in the oncology, rheumatology and neuroscience fields.

Ms. Rathbun has more than 17 years' experience in consulting with life sciences and healthcare organizations in both the public and private sector.  Ms. Rathbun's areas of expertise include research & development funding, reimbursement strategy & pricing, market development, product launch and positioning, government and regulatory affairs, and strategic alliances. 

Prior to founding the Galileo Consulting Group, Inc., Ms. Rathbun led strategic and government affairs initiatives as a director at numerous national health care and human services associations and was staff for a U.S. Senator.  Ms. Rathbun is a nationally recognized expert in interpreting and modifying insurance reimbursement policies to facilitate the adoption and wide spread acceptance of medical products/procedures by multiple market segments.  She has helped numerous companies to evaluate product viability, launch, and medical society adoption.
